Spring is here!

Today We went for a walk to enjoy the beautiful hot weather! Kendall road in her stroller facing forward for the first time today......she enjoyed it so much, that she fell asleep!! Poor little girl can never fight the road...just like her mommy! It was so hot that it was 27 degress C out. I guess I can safely say that spring is officially here!?

3 Months old

Kendall Sucking her thumb!!!

This past week Kendall turned 3 months! A lot of interesting new discoveries occured. For example, during the middle of the night over the baby monitor, we heard a loud sucking sound...to our surprise Kendall had discovered her thumb!! Also on Mothers day, while Kendall was laying on her play matt she found out she could raise her legs and kick the toys with her feet. She has progressed this move into the bath tub as well as on her change table....we call it the SMACK DOWN!!! Lifting her legs high into the air and SMACKING them down at the same time. I can not wait to see what else is next!!

Today I cleaned and set up the inside of the trailer. I thought that I would take a few pictures of the inside and share them!

Mother's day!

This mother's day was my very first and most memorable mother's day. Kendall and I got spoiled by daddy and we even had Grandma McKeage and Grandpa McKeage come for the day for a visit. Kendall even got snuggle time with daddy to give mommy a break! It was an awesome day!

Today the town of Sexsmith had their annual garage sale where the whole town opens their garage doors and sells some of the belongings people have that they do not want anymore! It usually is a great success, and even though this year was a little slower, we managed to sell everything....but the bikes....strange how that works! ;) Both Kendall and Kaylay where great troopers by spending the whole day in the garage even though it was a bit cooler today than normal.

Grandma McKeage's special hats

Grandma McKeage took a very special order from Kendall and I to make a hat that had flowers on it. With a rough idea and a revised pattern from the internet (along with guessing Kendall's head size) this is what Grandma McKeage came up with! Thank you Grandma.....we love them!

Our New Home away from Home

Today Trent and I bought a 34 foot Holiday trailer.....this will be our new home away from home! I am looking forward to memories being made camping! I remember the odd time camping with my family and how much fun it was...I can not wait for Kendall to experience that as well!

Our Growing Girl

Here are a few photo's of our growing girl. She is almost three months old already...where did the time go? She has changed so much as she has become more attentive of her surroundings. On May 2, Kendall did her first "giggle"....what's next!?
